The Soeks Nitrate Tester is designed for express analysis of vegetables, fruits, fresh meat, and products used for children’s food.
Nitrate content analysis is based on the alternating high-frequency current conductivity of the tested food items. The content type and amount of nitrates in the analyzed product is measured by piercing the product with a sensitive element located in the lower part of the device.
The measurement process results are displayed in the form of the exact amount of nitrate content in milligrams per kilogram for the analyzed product along with recommendations on whether the product is fit for consumption, i.e.:
